Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and
local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Since most of our products are handcrafted, we’ll prepare your order within 7 days after your
purchase. Once in the hands of our transporter, the order will take from 48h to a week to get to you,
depending on your location.
We accept returns if you ship the unsatisfactory products in their original condition, folded and
under plastic bags, with all tags & within 10 days after you received them. Shipping fee back to us
will be at your charge. Make sure to use tracking with your parcels to avoid losing them on the way
back to our stock.

Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to
avoid any Customs charges. Lantern Collective is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges
made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: any shipping fees associated with purchases and returns are the responsibility of the
customer and will not be refunded. Please ship us the return with tracking information for your own
protection. Lantern Collective is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost returns.

If a piece isn’t your size, write us through the contact form to make sure the size you're looking for is
still available. If it is, send back the piece you want to change to the return address above, at your
charge. We will then send you the new size, at our charge.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during
transport, you should immediately report this to us.
